Emi Makino
Born 1963, Kobe Japan.
1978~1983: Member of Ohgaki Ballet Company.
Upon retiring active as a free lance along with performances at various National Dance Festivals.
1993~ : Head of Ballet & Dance Class, "Warau-Karada Studio".
1995~ : After The Great Hanshin Earthquake in 1995, she started her own direction and ballet productions.

Her strength lies in her approach and portrayal of the force and silence of space in her productions.
Her Ballet productions leave room to portray the style and appeal of each individual dancer.
She
has been actively releasing a brand new work nearly
each
year with the joint sponsorship of the
Kobe Art Village Center Foundation.
