Caution
All we relating to the Gothic and the Industrial music scenes in
Japan, are to protest against the numerous acts of sabotages toward
us and the unauthorized use of our organization name by Robert Blaque,
besides our making strong appeal to the people who loves the gothic
and the industrial music and culture in the world for to inform
the truth.
Robert Blaque; Secret Secret, has done a lot of extremely dishonest
things again and again to us such as unauthorized use of the name
of "Tokyo Dark Castle", the domain name registration using the name
of two event in Japan; "kobeundergroundfestival.com" and "tokyodarkcastle.com"
without any permission of the right holders, besides diversion of
our programs without notice and violation of our right of publicity,
etc... Though we have alerted Robert Blaque to quit those sabotage
toward our activities, he ignored everything and it was so disingenuous
of him to produce an event titled Tokyo Dark Castle in San Francisco
which non of the concerned parties in Japan done anything with.
And we also protest in unison against that Robert Blaque gave a
false impression to the world that Robert Blaque was a member of
Tokyo Dark Castle and Kobe Underground Festival to throw all the
concerned people in Japan into chaos.
Hence we are to announce that we won't have any relationship to
him from now on and we strongly restrict his visiting to and performing
at any of the gothic events in Japan. Our announcement is to be
brought out to all the Gothic/Industrial scenes of the world through
the Internet and mass communication media.
Regarding the issue of unauthorized use of "Tokyo Dark Castle":
The name of "Tokyo Dark Castle" which occupied by Robert Blaque
at the moment is belonging to Mr.Genet(Auto-Mod).The unauthorized
use of "Tokyo Dark Castle" and demanding money and goods from unspecified
majority are fraud charge of the criminal law section 246 number
1.
Regarding the issue of domain name registration: "kobeundergroundfestival.com"
and "tokyodarkcastle.com" are belongings of "aci" and "Genet" .
Hence it is illegal of Robert Blaque's hosting the website using
the domain names of these. And what is more all the programs Robert
Black uses on the "kobeundergroundfestival.com" are the diversions
from the official site; "www.cavestudio.org/kuf/" without any permissions.
Robert Blaque's diversions apparently violate copyright laws section

我々日本のゴシック、インダストリアルシーンに関わるもの総ては、ロバート・ブラック（シークレット・シークレット）の日本のゴシック・インダストリアル・シーンに対して行なった数々の妨害行為、名称無断使用に対して断固抗議すると共に世界中のゴシック、インダストリアルを愛する方々にこの真実を知っていただくために強く訴えかけるものであります。
ロバート・ブラック（シークレット・シークレット）は東京ダークキャッスルの名称の無断使用、kobeundergroundfestival.comとtokyodarkcastle.comと言う2つのイベントの名称を使用したドメインの取得など、名称使用の権利者の了解をえずこれを行なうなどその他にもプログラム無断転用、肖像権の無断使用など数々の妨害行為を重ね、再三、妨害行為の停止を呼びかけるも一切こちらの問いかけを無視し、その間サンフランシスコに於いて東京ダークキャッスル（日本のゴス、インダストリアルシーンは一切関わっておりません）なるイベントを行なうなどその行動は不誠実極まりないものであり、またロブが東京ダークキャッスル、神戸アンダーグランドフェステバルの関係者のような誤解を世界中に与え、日本のゴス、インダストリアルシーンを混乱に落としいれた事実に対して我々日本のゴシック、インダストリアルシーンは一丸となって、これに抗議するものであります。
然るに我々は彼に対して日本のゴシックイベント全般の入場及び出演禁止と、一切の関わり絶つことを此処に宣言します。尚、この文章は世界中の、ゴシック、インダストリアルシーンに対してweb、マスコミを使用し発表するものとします。
１.「Tokyo Dark castle」の無断使用について 現在ロバート・ブラックが占有している、「Tokyo
Dark Castle」という名称は、Genet氏の所有である。ロバートブラックが「Tokyo
Dark Castle」という名称を不正使用し、不特定多数より金品を要求する行為は刑法第246条1項の詐欺罪にあたる。
２.ドメインの使用について kobeundergroundfestival.comとtokyodarkcastle.com、この2つのドメイン使用について、この2つの名称の所有者はそれぞれ、aci、Genetである。そればかりか、kobeundergroundfestival.comのサイトは、オフィシャルサイトであるcavestudio.org/kuf/から全てのプログラムを無断転用している。これは法律第48号、著作権法に明らかに違反している。
